Never forget: the process is the punishment.

Many in the legal system know this. Activists know this. Too many LEOs know this.
The process is the punishment. So true.

Fired from jobs or lost work/wages. Attorney's fees which are astronomical because in this system, you cannot simply go it alone. Public shaming. Fractured families.

This whole thing is such an unbelievable travesty.
I hope he is able to appeal as many times as is necessary to get this case up to SCOTUS (assuming he doesn't win on first appeal) and maybe some careers get deservedly ruined.

Should be appealed just for the Judge stating that the 2nd amendment doesn't apply in the court.

Don't judges have to take some kind of oath to uphold the Constitution?

If so, this one should be thrown in jail and have all her rulings questioned/voided as she sits to rot like the traitor she is.
When I was in HS I had a neighbor who was an attorney. He impacted my life and I wanted to pursue that career, I didn't but came close.

One thing that he told me that may have impacted my decision not to seek that career was a story he encountered in his career. He told me about a judge who made the statement in his courtroom on a number of occasions; "In my courtroom, I am the law and I decide what's legal and not".

That was in the late 60's and that mentality is seen today more than ever.
