Hidden Storage Table

Looky what I made. This thing is SWEET! Opens with a magnetic key. Looking at this table, you'd never know it has hidden storage!

Nice. Homemade furniture is the best...built to your specs and usually very solid. All of our furniture outside of our couches and bed are home made out of walnut or cherry from our yard. We also made butcher block cherry counter tops in the kitchen. It has paid to have a father in law with a wood shop that is willing to teach wood working.

Nice, but you'd need to clear the top to access inside.
Another option might be to drop the bottom out, creating a shelf to reach into for access.
This way you could access the contents without having to clear the top.

If it's an emergency I don't think you'll be too worried about what's on top of the table.
