So I have been looking for a single-stack mag pouch for my SIG P938 9mm EDC gun, and as it turns out, it is harder than I thought.

I think I would prefer an IWB pouch, but now I am thinking that that I may need to rethink that requirement.

What I would love is a leather IWB pouch, something like this Galco:

But I don't see that it is "officially available" for the smaller single-stack 9mm SIGs.

Any idea what other mags might be mags might be compatible or of a similar size? They have for example an S&W compact 9/40, which I assume is a *similar* sized mag, and with leather, there should be some flexibility vs. a Kydex model.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

I'm partial to the Galco Concealable line of holsters and mag pouches.

Thanks for the link. Same issue here as the one I referenced however. There is not a listing for the SIG P938. I guess I am hoping someone can tell me what an equivalent-sized mag would be, but now that I think about it, that is not going to be an easy thing for someone to do.

These have been talked about on here in the past. I think they look pretty good, but I've not seen any actual reviews nor have I used them myself.

You are right, those look decent, and certainly interesting. I will look into them some more. Thanks.

I have not used the snagmag, but I have used (and do use) the Neomag, and the one 9mm size will work for any other 9mm magazines you may have. These things are super quick with my shield mags and my glock mags.

IIRC, an original Leatherman multi-tool case works great. They fold over and snap shut.

Another place that is a good way to find spare magazine carriers for little magazines, are knife shops and places online that sell knives. That is how I have come up with some nice magazine carriers for guns such as my LCP, Kahr CM9, and others.
