Well, when I was a new carrier, I ordered a kydex dual mag pouch. It works good, but I had a lot to learn and I ordered it with the rounds facing to the back. I want to use the same pouch, but I would much rather have the rounds facing forward.

Is there anyone around here who can heat up the holster and reform it with the rounds facing the other way...forward? I will admit that I am not handy at these things and I would rather not ruin the holster trying to fix it. I would rather have someone who knows what they are doing work on it.

Depending on how the mag was set up when it was formed, trying to switch it will most likely get messy and up not fitting well. As others have said, you're better off just getting a new one.
