Still have the same watch as I posted in that thread, and bought a second one as well (with a blacked out face), as I have an illness and one is none, two is one...
I didn't search for watch threads that far back. I probably wouldn't have revived a necro-thread from 4 years ago. 😁

I have a few expensive watches, but my favorite everyday and camping watch is my Timex.

No worries, and wasn't trying to say you should not have posted. Just wanted folks to have some additional material to review if they wanted to see more watches.

I'm waiting for Trigger Time to come along in this thread and dazzle us with some of his cool watches.

Mine is stuck on beer-thirty most of the time, & I'm ok with that.

Mostly Invicta and Nixon but there's a couple of Tissot, a Tag, and a few smart watches mixed in there too.

Luminox 25th anniversary. Been back to the warranty/service center twice. Second trip seems to have made the hands stay attached and it is quite accurate.

Went without for years as my car, my house, and my phone all had clocks on them.

My day to day is a Casio G-Shock with solar power, atomic time keeping and water proof to 200m.
Survives my everyday. Is accurate thanks to the atomic time keeping and being solar powered, no changing batteries.
Waterproof to 200m means regardless of my poor decisions at the moment, it will work.
    It works for me.
