My Remington Express gun locker has decided it doesn't want to open. There's a provision to open it when the keyboard battery is dead but that isn't working. I've had it long enough that the owners manual has gone to never never land. Anyone else have one with the owners manual? It blinks a code but without the manual it's useless. I don't want to resort to the sabre saw or hammer till I absolutely have to.

Well I found the answer to my gun locker problem. On of the two new nine volt batteries I had on hand was bad, both were new right out of the package. As a last resort I tried the second battery and BINGO it opened right up. I should have tried it sooner, I will next time if it ever happens again.
