Con for me: I have small kids that come in to our room a lot at night/early morning hours.

Con: Do do it right, the gun would be in a safe / on body during the day. Then removed from that holster and placed into the mattress holster. Then the reverse of that the next morning. That's a LOT of pistol manipulation. And the more manipulation a pistol goes through, the more chances there are for negligent discharges.

I don't know any brands - but it is something that I think about a lot. don't know if i'll ever do it, though, until the kids are out of the house.
