Bushnell Nitro Optics

Anyone have experience with the Bushnell Nitro series scopes? I have a Bushnell Elite Tactical 1-6.5x24mm on my 3-gun rifle and it is fantastic. I'm sure there's a quality drop from the Elite series to the Nitro, but how much?

I'm looking specifically at the 4-16x44mm Bushnell Nitro at $259.99 vs. something like the Vortex Diamondback 4-16x44mm at $349.99 (Midway USA pricing on both, for reference)

If anyone has experience with either (or both) of these scopes, I'd like to hear what you think of them. This will be going on a Weatherby Vanguard Camilla 7mm-08, if it matters.

I have a 5-20 FFP Nitro and so far I give it very high marks on everything. The glass is very clear A+, reticle is great A+, clicks are ok B, a little soft. I have not had it very long but so far I like it.

Does Bushnell have a different production line? Ive seen several Bushnell scopes on shotguns, AR's, and AK's not last an entire class....

Was curious about their Engage lot of scopes. Anybody tried these?
Namely a 3X9X40 the gun shop has.
