Any problems running an LPVO over a micro red dot? What happens if they over lap 1/4"?

1.25" puts the LPVO just over the holosun 507c

What would happen if I ran a 1" mount and over lapped a 1/4"? Will the red dot show up in the LPVO under magnification?

Was trying to run it over a red dot, but I think my math was wrong by 1/4".

So the top 1/4" of the red dot would be in the view of the LPVO.

trying to use a red dot sight WITH an LPVO is redundant. at 1x the LPVO acts as a red dot sight.

Nah I have the holosun zero'd for a suppressor. I want to run a scope for non subsonic ammo at range.

    Not really redundant.

Many setups out there to make both work. You can run your micro rds over your variable power optic. This can create significant height over bore issues at close range. I'd advocate for the 45 degree rds route.

Trying to avoid it just hanging out somewhere open to damage. Looks like I can find a 1.18" or 1.25" to just just above to holosun
