I acquired these when I recently purchased a box of assorted 30-06 and .303 WWII ammo, this bag was in the bottom. The cartridge case appears to be resized from 8mm Mauser, not sure if they’re a reload or made by an ammo manufacturer from resized cases as original cartridge cases are obsolete.
