    Outstanding!!!
I JUST bought my first reloader off ebay. Dillon 550.
I have been trying to read up on the do's and don'ts. This thread is an awesome start!! I was lookin for commonalities in which components to buy for starters. And the amounts really, really helps. I hope to see more.
Thank you for starting the thread and for those who have offered up the great info.

Made and tested my first .40 s&w rounds yesterday,

    4.5g Titegroup
    165g xtreme plated
    federal small pistol primer

Shot great out of both a Glock 23 and a Ruger SR40c.

made 140 rounds shot 80 and all worked great.

Currently in possession of 9mm 115 gr. RN and 40SW 155 gr. RN from Standard Bullet Co..

Didn't have data in my Speers for 9mm that worked. I started my load at 1.135. Bullet was too long for Walther P99. Contact between bullet and barrel rifling. At 1.110 it appeared to seat the slide in the correct position but and empty case sticks out 0.125 the COAL 1.110 sticks otu at 0.147. There was a fellow INGO member that was using 4.2 gr power piston with COAL 1.090. I just need some data. Speers is showing 1.125 COAL with Power Pistol at 6.2gr and Bullseye at 4.2 gr min, max 6.7 and 4.7. I know running shorter COAL increases pressure so I don't want blinding run at 1.090 and 4.2 gr bullseye.

Any information on 40SW would be great also. I haven't received the dies yet, should be next week. When I get them I'll want to start making bullets.

    Thanks

    Mixed headstamps

NOTE: DO NOT EVER USE LEAD BULLETS IN ANY GLOCK!!!!!! ONLY USE FMJ.!

These are my first test rounds with this recipe and it has been consistent.. This group was shot from 40ft.
I have used this recipe as well with great success and accuracy.

I have also loaded some special suppressor .45 acp rpounds that are working extremely well in an Suppressed HK and have held accuracy. Our favorite is down to 610FPS. I will post the spec when I get a little more time.

If it were me, I'd go join the FN website where this came from or the 5.7X28 forum. A phone call to Hodgdon on Monday will get you more data than you can use. They are great folks over there!
