9mm FMJ prices for 50?

Is anyone finding a decent price on ammo and where? I just paid $14.02 + tax at a local gun store-not real pleased-Walmart has only empty shelves.

Hmmm, my brother just got a case of CCI Blazer Brass for $182. Works out to $9.10 a box.
Hate to divulge it until I talk him into another case or two.

10-11 per 50 bought in bulk is a good price for cheap ammo, what did you buy? brand and grain make a huge difference

I was just in Walmart tonight (US31 in Greenwood) and the guy in front of me purchased their last Winchester White box (100)... DANG! Anyway, I headed over to Dicks and picked up 50 rds but it hurt at $14.99...

I was in Chicago on business last week and ran into the Cabela's. They had no 9mm target ammo in stock, just some hollow point personal defense ammo and some shot type. So I checked Dicks and they seemed to be well stocked. Picked up the following 3 boxes, all 14.95/50rd's plus 12% tax!

L9MM3 - Remington UMC 9mm Luger 115gr MC
3509 - Blazer 9mm Luger 115gr. FMJ

Since I'm new to all of this I didn't know what kind of deal I was getting, or not getting, but at least they had plenty in stock. Looking around at prices now I'm guessing I paid too much.

Jerry's Gun Shop in Rensselaer IN has 9mm FMJ 50rds/box for around $10 depending - he always has something in stock.

Damn, you guys are paying $14-15/box? That's what you should be paying for 45ACP.

Yeah CDNN catalog this month was about the biggest waste of paper I have ever seen... Pretty much every thing in it was call for price... As far as there guns go I have read that many times what is in the catalog is not very representative of what they actually have in stock. But back to the 9mm, I just noticed Aim Surplus has the 115gr American Eagle in stock for 9.50 per 50, .49 cheaper per box then Natchez.
