I know that it is difficult right now to stock anything related to the firearms industry, but who seems to have good, consistent availability of components?

Do you have a preference of local or online purchases?

Since you specified "components" the hardest to find item will be primers. Lead is easy to get as is powder and brass. I search small local gun shop and have had the best luck finding primers. I am not hoarding them, but keeping a years supply to make sure I have enough to last me till I can find more this summer/fall.

So, does anyone know (so I don't have to search), does retail selling of reloading components including powders and primers require an ATF license or permit?
