I've recently found Eggleston munitions & Missiouri Bullet company which sell polymer coated bullets pretty cheap. I haven't seem anywhere if you are just supposed to use the standard load data in a manual or to specifically use cast/gas checked load data.

Anyone have experience using these or their own coated bullets & if so, where do you find load data.
    Thanks

Start with the lowest lead bullet recipe for that bullet weight. Work up slowly from there in small steps until you get a feel for what you are doing. It seldom hurts to be careful.

As a general rule, you can push coated bullets to about the same speeds as plated bullets.
I use the data for plated bullets for all my coated pills.

What Mgderf said... I've been shooting PC bullets for a few years and found that plated reload data works well. They will also stand up well to 357 magnum velocities as I've extensively tested. PC is some tough stuff.

    I'm glad to see this.
I have one of the new Henry Big Boy steel in .327fed/mag on order and I plan to shoot some of my powder coated handloads.
I haven't pushed them past plated data, but have found no issues yet.
