What kind of problems would I run into if I mixed 5.56 brass and .223 brass and reloaded them for my AR that shoots 5.56?

    Is this a test??

    I have not been studying...

Tell you what--Load up all of your brass to High End .223 Remington specs, and then you will have NATO rounds to shoot in your 5.56....

PS: At first I thought this would be a discussion on electric motors???

I just finished separating all my .380 and 9x17 brass now I have to separate 223 and 5.56? Crap!

I have always mixed 223 and 5.56 brass with no issues. I don't load to max pressures though.

I am a little picky, so I not only separate 223 and 5.56, but I don't mix head stamps either. I also notch the rim of my cases to track firings to make sorting more accurate if I fire several different batches in a session. Nothing worse than having an issue with a round and not knowing which others are suspect as well.
