I’m converting my 380 reloading operation to 9mm. I have 1000 100g extreme plated 380 bullets. I’ve found load data using those for 9mm. OAL doesn’t seem much different than heavier bullets. Any reason not to use these? I could probably exchange them at cabelas for something else. They’re for general plinking.

There was a thread a while back exactly discussing what you want to do. It was referring to 'mouse fart' loads for target practice/light recoil.

We load exactly what you have (380/100gr) in 9mm re; 'mouse farts' and some stock 9mms will cycle some won't. YMMV.

    .
Some pistols aren't going to work well with light bullets regardless of how much powder you use.

200 rounds of these ran flawless through the new P365. Nice easy shooting round for this gun. Here’s what I settled on:

    100g .355 extreme
    4.2g titegroup
    1.050 OAL
