So I accidentally mixed 500 .355 and 500 .356 Xtreme 115gr HPs. Is it worth separating? I know one or the other might be more accurate in a particular barrel, but will there be an actual POI shift? Should I waste a bunch of time separating? Run em all through a .355 die? Or just load and blast away?

    I WOULD Separate...

For MY peace of mind, and wanting good consistent loads I would want .355" in all loads, and .356" in all of their loads..

I would: Size a handful of 9MM cases.
Mic out a few .355" and a few .356" projectiles (The .356" for comparison)
Bell out to JUST accept a .355" projectile.

And then you can see the ones that will JUST fit in (.355" Diameter) Cases. The larger ones will wobble on top of case and should be .356".

By doing this you will not have to mic each projectile, just fit (Or Not) into your sized case (to .355")

    Just my 2 cents...Bill.

Is there a difference? yes. The real question is: is there enough difference to tell between the tolerance stacking in the powder, case volume, action lockup, and, most importantly, the nut in charge?
