This evening I was sorting some 45 ACP by headstamp and had several that I had never seen before. A little bit of searching brought it down to only 5 that I couldnt find. Anybody ever seen these? LC is likely Lake City, but couldn't find much. IRWS is possibily the same as RWS which is German. AP13 is possibly French or Philippine. HMT and *I* are the ones I could find nothing on.

These are all the ones that I was able to find through a little searching.

On a positive note, I was able to load up 100 rounds and plan on doing many more tomorrow.

Resurrecting an old thread, but this seemed an appropriate one to add to.

What is the difference between these 2 Federal cartridges? What do the dots mean?
Searched for 20 minutes and gave up, they are not documented anywhere I can find.

Both are LPP so I just want to figure out how to sort. I assume I should sort these as separate from each other.
    Weight: left (dots) = 94grains right = 88.3grains

Maybe the dots are mil spec or something more robust? If it were +p I'd expect to see the + in a circle symbol.

You would not see the + with the circle on .45 ACP, that is a NATO headstamp. You will see it on 9mm, 5.56, etc. If it is +P it will say just that, "+P".
