I like using 60 gr of FFFg under a wad with four .36 round balls with the empty space fill with #4 shot. All shot and balls will stay in silhouette targets at 10 yards.

I have been accumulating shotshell reloading equipment and components for some time.

I need to come by some primers and buckshot casting molds. Looking towards #4 buck and 00?

I buy round balls for cap and ball pistols. .230 and .380. The round is on the lines to what was used by the British SAS back in the 70's.

Back in the good old days I didn't have any round ball molds but I did have jig head molds.....soooo.....cast some 1/4oz jig heads cut the bottom tab off to make round balls, put four in the wad cup and fill remaining with shot...came up to 1-1/4oz...
