    Question

Anybody have any experience with PMC ammo? Good, bad, otherwise?

Its fine. Never had any not go bang. The .223 PMC bronze isn’t the most accurate but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a case if it was priced right.

It's good ammo. In particular their 223/5.56 is high quality, full power. A couple of years ago at the Knob Creek machinegun shoot, we found that PMC Bronze was the only ammo available in bulk that would reliably run a finicky post-sample M-249. It really surprised me that the Federal and Winchester offerings would not run it.

Interesting. I found the Bronze to be on the weaker side. Decent accuracy but sllooowwww.

    I've used lots of 9mm, .357, 5.56, .308 and 50BMG.

The 5.56 has annealing marks on the brass...always thought that was a good thing.

I haven't chrono'd it, but the .357 does not seem anemic at all. Reloaded the brass lots of times and still going.

The primer pockets on the .308 stayed tight long enough I quit using Federal brass for reloads.

As others have already said, if you can find it in bulk at the right price you won't regret it. If you do, PM me and we'll work a deal. :D

223 bronz is not the hottest or very accurate although pick it up if it's cheap. Brass is reloadable. Good for stockpiling if it's cheap and for blasting to collect the brass.

Shot a bunch of their 9mm. Same story. Not real hot or accurate. Brass I'd reload. Could do worse.

    Ditto:
Excellent GP plinking/practice ammo. If you're looking for premium defensive ammo or target ammo, than buy that instead

Pmc has good brass and I have never had any malfunctions with any of it. I have ran the 223/5.56 and their 9mm ammo, probably 5,000 rounds of the 223 and 2,000 rounds of the 9mm no issues

I've run 45ACP and 223 PMC with no issues. Probably ran around 3,000 round of 223 a 10.3" SBR and 1,000 rounds through a commander length Kimber and no issues. It's a good value round for the range.
