I have a reunion (child-hood buddies) coming up & I was thinking about buying a handful of pocket knives & having them engraved with everyone's names & "2011 reunion" or something like that.

But I was wondering what sort of pocket knife would work best for that, still be a decent pocket knife but not cost me a small fortune to buy a bunch of.

Oh also if anyone knows of a professional engraver in or around the Anderson area please feel free to point me in their direction.

I bought some black kershaw leeks to have engraved for groomsmen gifts. Unfortunately, the coating is so tough that it broke the engraver at Things Remembered in the mall. They bought me a replacement as the machine did scratch a monogram into one knife.
