Bacon alert

Went to the new IHOP in Avon today. Saw on the menu they have a 3-egg omlette containing 6 strips of bacon, cheeses and diced tomato.

Will try that next time we go.

that's a pretty good omelet if you have them put some bacon in it. the 6 slice/3egg ratio is a bit off. and don't forget a huge pile of hashbrowns. yummy.

IIRC, IHOP uses redskin 'taters for hashbrowns.

It looks vaguely bacon-like, sort of smells bacon-ish if you're a stroke victim or were born with no nose, taste like thin cardboard, but doesn't have all of the extra flavor.
