Friendly Postal Worker Feeding the Dogs

I was browsing the CMP forums this morning and found this:

I guess the mailman did not realize the guy had a security camera running. Fortunately the dogs only destroyed the box before being distracted by a squirrel and the guy arrived home before they got to his "Best of the GCA Journal". This mailman is a shining example for unionized government employees everywhere.

Probably where the postal worker can't get to it.

The package would not fit in the box. The mailman had left the little peach colored slips of paper many times in the past, but decided to feed this package to the dogs.

Maybe the guy should have better behaved/trained dogs.

If the homeowner doesn't have an accessible mailbox, does the mailman have to keep trying to deliver to the house?
