The police is all over my neighborhood, they had a couple of helicopters flying over head last night. I think those 3 thugs got away

Not necessarily...I've had thugs find a spot to hunker down before, hoping we would assume they had left the area. Don't be surprised if the search extends into the daylight hours, to shift the odds in LE's favor a little more. If the perimeter was set up quickly and properly, the suspects have probably gone to ground and the odds are good that they're still within the search area.
