Two Explosions during Boston Marathon?? what the heck?

Just received a panicked call from my Daughter who lives in Boston and was near the finish line of the Marathon when two explosions happened. She and the ones she was with took off in opposite direction toward the Charles River... Haven't seen anything on the news yet about this but a bunch of sirens and emergency vehicles in the background...

Yes, thankfully she is out of breath but safe for now...
