It'll be interesting to see if they have a sales dip from THEIR OWN decision to collect sale tax for the state of Indiana.

The only reason they are agreed to start collecting sales tax is due to them having a physical location in Indiana. If it were not for that Amazon would have told them to pound sand.

Yeah, Mitch "brought jobs" to Indiana and this is the result. More factory level jobs in exchange for everybody paying sales tax....seems like another crappy deal.

They should have told him to pound sand anyway. Amazon has distribution centers in Indiana, NOT brick and mortar stores. This is a foolish slippery slope that Amazon has assisted in helping us over the summit on.

Dell charges sales tax in Indiana too, but they don't have any stores here.

They're still cheaper than local joints on a lot of things. With (at least?) two huge warehouses in the state, fast shipping with prime, and an amazing selection, I still will order from them. Makes my tax reporting ;) easier.
