    This is a photo from the Indiana 19th regiment militia website. They're obviously stacked and ready for a breach. I left a polite comment on their facebook page giving some constructive criticism and it was immediately deleted.

    OK, here's a good example of a stack. Force recon Marines.

    Weapons outboard so you don't shoot the guy in front of you or at least at low ready. Tight grouping...A to B (******* to belly button). Rear security. Everyone's head is in the game.

    Guy in the rear has his weapon pointed at the building. Although it's unlikely given the composition of the wall, there is a potential of a ricochet which could hit one of the other guys. He also does not know what lies behind that wall, which may be an even worse offense.

    I don't believe so, the barrel extends into the "black" of the doorway.

    Everyone with inboard pointing weapons is going to be aiming at the person in front of them as soon as they turn left into the doorway.

    Yep, don't let your muzzle extend into an entry point or around a corner.
