For me they will be. Stairway lights, kids closet lights, desk lights, etc. many of our ceiling mounted ones have three bulbs, way too much for 60 or 75

Got the bulbs today. I put up 4 of the LED floods. They claim to be 60w equivalent and 700 lumen but man are they bright. Way brighter than the old CFL floods we had up there.

How is the color temperature? In the reviews, several individuals commented that the color temperature was a bit cooler than the labeled 2700K and others noted a slight pink hue. What are your thoughts so far?

I think they do that because the LED's will dim with time. So they must use an average over the lifetime.
