I heard Evansville (yes, that Evansville) advertizing their own Mardi Gras celebration on a local TH radio station. The ad talked about how similar E-ville was to NOLA. First thing that leapt to my mind with the comparison was, "They both have corrupt police forces that have been put under direct federal oversight?"
