If a company includes a printed warranty statement with a product stating a warranty but their website makes a differing , more generous warranty statement which would be legally binding?

Off the cuff I would say several factors would be involved.

The first is simply which warranty has the most recent date upon it would probably be favored.

That said, I would leave to the lawyers to mention specific case law OR simply how most judges and/or juries look at it when finally put before them.

    Regards,

    Doug
