    Is Geraldo there?

Let's hope not.....As a fan of the book "Bloodletters and Badmen" I was VERY disappointed that there wasn't at least one body and a Tommy Gun in that damn vault...It was funny watching Geraldo stammer when it was empty though....

For the youngsters that may not know what we are talking about....

Totally following the Nazi gold train. I think it'll be a great historical find, even if there's no gold.

Nazi gold makes me think of Harry Dean Stanton with one of my all time favorite movie lines: "Joe, I think I got the crabs." or Donald Sutherland: "Eating cheese, drinking some wine and catching some rays".

I am following very closely. Was tellling a few folks from work about it and they were intrigued as well even though they aren't in to history much.

I hope it isn't gold fillings. I fully expect it to be just a train w/nothing in it...looted by the soldiers before they blew the place up. If it is fillings....imagine the worlds shock when that piece of history is put on display for the world to see. Probably be dropped immediately from the non-news due to our sensitive sensibiliteis these days.

The whole story sounds like BS though. The story keeps changing too.
It's just two people claiming they saw the train for now, nobody else saw it.

Also at first they said it was in a tunnel, now they say it's burried underground.
How do you bury a whole train?

you pull it into a tunnel then purposefully collapse the tunnel.
