"This was my sons colt 1911. He recently passed away and had pawned this at a local pawn shop. We didn't know at the time and the pawn shop needed up selling it to a guy and he sold it at a gun show. I would love to have this back as a memory piece for me. It would be easy to identify from the slide being engraved. I would pay whoever has it what they paid for it and possibly a little extra to get it back. Kabul Afghanistan 1438th TC was engraved on the slide. Any info would be appreciated.
