    I have been taking this supplement since IndyDave1776 told me it would stop the Charley horses that had been bothering me for a while.
    Now that you mention this I do see a reduction in the constant tone in my left ear.

    We had magnesium in house because my wife was using it to help muscle cramps too.

    I will try the magnesium for the leg cramps and the cicadas in my ears, but what I really need is something for the voices in my head (oh wait, that may just be the liberals crying and screaming).
