Tinnitus... hand tremor- Magnesium anyone?

Recently started taking a magnesium supplement to relieve my familial hand tremor and have found some very annoying tinnitus has been virtually eliminated also. Sunflower seeds are rich in Magnesium. l Hope this might help someone.

I have been taking this supplement since IndyDave1776 told me it would stop the Charley horses that had been bothering me for a while.
Now that you mention this I do see a reduction in the constant tone in my left ear.

We had magnesium in house because my wife was using it to help muscle cramps too.

It works.
As I get older I have cramps etc after strenuous activity. Not so much with the Magnesium.

For cramps, one of the best things you can do is to stay hydrated. This is definitely easier to say than do..

I will try the magnesium for the leg cramps and the cicadas in my ears, but what I really need is something for the voices in my head (oh wait, that may just be the liberals crying and screaming).
