Quick rating of NWI Casino buffets

Was at a casino buffet yesterday for Sunday brunch and thought I would give my ratings for what it up around me. I understand that no one goes to buffets for gourmet food, but for the dollars spent here is what we have experienced.

Ameristar East Chicago: Food quality and choice -- A Customer service -- A

Horseshoe Hammond: Food quality and choice -- A Minus Customer service -- A Plus (went far out of their way to solve a problem. Could tell that customer satisfaction was a #1 priority)

Blue Chip Michigan City: Food quality and choice -- C Plus Customer service -- C Minus

Four Winds Niles MI Food quality and choice -- A Customer service -- A

I agree with your rating for Blue Chip, maybe even a D. Their Friday breakfast for $7.77 is the only buffet worth the money in my opinion.

Four Winds is in New Buffalo, Hartford and Dowagiac.

Although, the buffet is only at the New Buffalo location until the South Bend location is completed.
Their prime rib is hit/miss. It's usually way over cooked. Other than that, the food is pretty good for the money spent compared to other places in the price range or higher.
Holiday weekends are the best time to go... seems as though they put forth more effort.
