Insurance won't cover it off the keys are left in the vehicle. Last I checked they were stashed behind the Chem light batteries. How'd he find them?

Just a guess here, but I bet this was planned as a black op. We'll see this truck in Nicaragra later this summer

We'll see this truck again when it's running over people at a 4th of July parade followed by a full blown shoot out.

I can't think of any other reason as it's not fancy enough for a flip and not much demand for chopped parts when surplus units are so cheap.
