    Hello,
So I have this wireless mouse that's newish and has worked fine for weeks now. Suddenly this morning I get up and my computer (Win 7) is constantly unrecognizing and then re-recognizing it about ever 30 seconds. I can be watching in device manager and see the icon go away and come back...and that noise, you know the one. It's annoying as hell. So I have done the following:

moved the little radio thingy to a different USB port
    changed batteries in mouse
turned whole shebang on and off
    performed windows update
    reinstalled driver
    checked for newer driver
    cursed in 3 languages
considered suicide. But I refuse to let Bill Gates win.

    Help please????

RMA, or try a different computer first.

Yep. Try new PC to troubleshoot whether its the PC or the mouse. They can go bad quickly. I pulled a brand new external portable hard drive out of the box yesterday and it wouldnt even spin up.

Are you using a laptop or desktop? How far away is the usb receiver from the mouse? I found those receivers can be finicky, if windows is constantly re-recognizing it then maybe it is going out.
