    M67 hit it on the head. I used to visit Big Shoe barbecue in the Terrible Hole back in'89. Fantastic sauce, but you could count on some 'ring of fire' aftermath a few hours later. Always worth it though.

    Big Shoe! Mmmmmm! I wonder if Homey's is still there? He picked up the torch after Shoe's sister ruined the brand, and was producing some very good Q, for awhile?

    I prefer prairie fire at City BBQ. But I gotta mix it with regular because I'm weak sauce.

    (Actually, its because I only like to feel the burn once)
