10 Year Wedding Anniversary Ideas?

Wife and I are coming up on 10 years of marriage in June. Looking for ideas on what to do or where to go and what to do while there.

- Long weekend trip (3 days, Fri, Sat, & Sun OR Sat, Sun, & Mon)
- Without kids, just me and the wife (both over 21)
- Within reasonable driving distance

My wife any I have enjoyed Sybaris Pool suites. It's a little spendy but I think it's worth it.

Yep. Your own pool with a waterslide in your room.

We've always been treated good there.

They have several locations so you can get out of town.

I always wondered what the water to.....uhhh.....seed ratio was at this place. Hope they've got good filters

The wife and I like to go to the beach at Michigan city and stay at the Blue Chip. We find it relaxing.

A cabin in brown county? That's what we did for honeymoon and it was great. Plenty of things to do together and very affordable.

Our 10 year anniversary is next October. We're taking a big road trip by ourselves out west. Texas or Arizona or something. Maybe Colorado. A whole week. No kids. I'm already getting psyched up for it.

The dunes would be cool just for a short trip.

For one of our anniversaries many years ago I ordered my wife a custom made pair of 1911 pistols from Safari Arms. One compact, one full size. Both have bushing less target barrels, custom grips, extended safeties, beavertails, etc etc etc. Beryllium-copper frames, engraved slides, serial numbers are our initials followed by 001 and 002. We are at 32 years (and she hasn't shot me yet) so I guess they were a good gift.
