    Keep you animals on your own property. I was annoyed I had to spend money to build a cover for my kids sandbox because right after we built it they kept finding "tootsie rolls" buried in the sand.

    Though we no longer have that problem. Coyotes are getting bad in the woods and fields surrounding our neighborhood. The feral cat population is virtually nonexistent now, where we used to have 5 or 6. Even Simon the roaming indoor/outdoor cat that belonged to our neighbor disappeared. :( Simon would find ways into our house and would make himself at home. The wife would find him lounging on the couch after he figured out he could nose under the hide-away screen in our garage. :):
