    I'd love to have a pool but just can't bring myself to pay for something where the mark up is so ridiculous. Maybe some day...

    This is the best news I have heard in a long time as these are the tanks we use for cattle stock tanks, when this fad is over there will be lots of 1/2 price stock tanks on Craigslist.

    My wife's family used to use stock tanks all the time for "swimming" pools.
    Lasted a lot longer than the plastic ones with her and her brothers, who destroy everything they touch.

    I'm not sure you can call it a "swimming pool" if you can't get a single stroke accomplished.

    It's more of a "stew pot" for whatever the rednecks are brewing in their shorts.
