    Was going to do it myself, but the wife doesnt trust me. Wants to get a bid to do the work for us instead.

    I need a 3" 6'x10' patio slab poured. area already dug out, just needs concrete poured.

    She also wants a quote to convert my gravel section of the drive to concrete. That will need to be dug using a mini excavator and have the fill hauled away because its a mix of gravel, river rock, bricks, etc. (If you recall my free dirt thread, its where the dirt was piled)

    Nearest major cross street is Mills and Mooresville Rd.

    Concrete is easy. Mix it up, put it down, it gets hard. Done.


    Good concrete is an art form. I know the proper steps to make it good concrete, but I have never performed these steps myself. I just watch other people work and make sure they do it right.
