Does anyone on INGO watch the series?

My my family watches fairly regularly since they follow Clark County Sherriff and Jeffersonville PD units.

I would like to hear from LE and others about what is shown here, but please, let's not turn this into a LEO bash.

    Thanks, EP

There has been another thread on this topic.

I find the show boring, pretty sad they have to go coast to coast a d even then it is still boring runs.

I watch it but fast forward through the boring stuff, which is usually most of the show. It is a good representation of police work, but it needs to filmed in bigger cities where officers get all kinds of crap from the citizenry.

I'll agree it seems fairly tedious at times, but I'm usually browsing INGO while I watch. . Was just surprised not to see it mentioned on here. Didn't see any threads that mentioned it with the search, lol.

I wondered how long it would take to get the big city viewpoint. I find the show interesting.

    A holler in Kentucky
I can only watch so many field sobriety tests being administered before I lose interest. I did, however, enjoy watching the one in jeffersonville last night where the moron dopehead accused the officer of planting evidence......and officer Leveritt was still gonna let him slide......until he found a bunch more dope!

Oh I don't know Frank...We hold our own down here...Next time you see BBI ask him about the possum when he had to take down when he worked down south that would not cease and desist......It's not all pretty, drunk, coked up Kentucky girls with Daisy Duke shorts on...:)

Oh and a barber got shot in the leg in Jeffersonville when he stepped outside his shop Thursday afternoon to try and break up a fight...Louisville Metro caught him when he crossed the bridge...

    http://www.whas11.com/news/local/in...le-sends-business-owner-to-hospital/448189701

He was proud of his wound...He was in front of the shop dropping off a grandkid for karate next door and he goes, "Are you the gun shop guy?" I said yes....He then says, "I am the guy who got shot in front of my barber shop Thursday that was on the news...that's why I got this limp...I got a .32 acp but I think I need something bigger...What do you think?" I said I can't really talk now as I am heading home but get something that starts with a "4" and you should be fine.....

Anyone get a good look at the Big revolver they pulled from the parked car in SC last night? Looked like a 44magnum to my untrained eye but I am far from expert.

I like the show and am acquaintance with a few on air.
I definitely don't miss working the road. Too many dope fiends, a$$ holes, and dummies behind the wheel with their right to drive as they see fit on an instant gratification 'high'.

We watch it when we can. It is pretty interesting but as already mentioned he sobriety thing is a bit much unless the subject is a loon.
