I am looking to have an opening created in a demising wall in a warehouse. The wall is an interior non-load bearing wall. The current wall is concrete block up to ten feet. On top of that there are metal studs and dry wall to the ceiling. The opening size is estimated at ten foot high by eight foot wide (this is all existing concrete block). The lintels can be of wood construction as has been done previously by prior tenants. I am looking for suggestions as to who to ask or if you can do it a reasonable price. Thanks

There is a contractor here, goes by the screenname CHCRandy. He is a general contractor that has done work for a bunch of InGOers over the years. He does great work. If he can't help you himself he can probably refer you to a good brick mason.

    I hope this helps!
