My older laptop windows 7 was going bad.
I purchased a HP laptop with window 10.
Finding all the new and improved is He l.
MY biggest problem is the touch pad.
Actually this is the second laptop.
I thought this was a problem with the first and returned it.
the touch pad does what it wants to do.
Sometimes it does not move the cursor.
Sometimes the cursor jumps across the screen.
Sometimes when I move the right side slide bar. the cursor will go the opposite way.
Again sometimes it will move or not move the cursor.
Then there are times when I move the slide bar and when i attempt to move to the program in view.
The cursor will jump (stutter) and the screen will jump.

Trackpads vary from laptop to laptop and you can set the sensitivity, the functions, etc typically usually buried in the control panel (type "control panel" in the type here to search box. Sometimes you may be able to find it by typing "touchpad" in the search box). I would not blame a PITA trackpad on Win 10.

You can even turn it off all together and use a mouse, or find your way around touch screen if you got one.
