    Breakthroughs in biometric science mean future troops will fight with weapons that understand them—inside and out. The very experience of flying the plane, analyzing satellite images, even firing a gun could change depending on what the weapon, vehicle, or software detects about the person to whom the weapon is bound.

    I wonder if they can make the clerk-typists be able to fill out the forms faster and more accurately. That would be the biggest improvement in reducing the "stand around and wait" times for the military personnel.

    If it runs on batteries and a soldier depends on it to protect him, it WILL fail at the absolute most inopportune time. Beans and bullets and good battlefield intel win wars.
