Are you saying that you cant have the car towed because you dont have the persons info?

Or are you just curious what kinda guy parks a car on your property and leaves it?

We are following a situation in my wife's home town. The car appeared there overnight with no note and no one to be found. Law enforcement refuses to give any information about the owner, and said that all they could do was have the vehicle towed. If a mysterious vehicle appears on my property with no explanation, you better believe I would to know who it belongs to.

So there was no info in the glove box? Yes, I would open the vehicle out of fear someone is hurt inside.
