I searched and didn't see a post here...

If you are getting the "100%" speedometer picture when posting pics from Photobucket, there is simple fix...

Add "~original" to the end of the file name.

    ...foldername/picname.jpg[/IMG]

    Becomes:

    ...foldername/picname.jpg~original[/IMG]

This has to be done for each image but will allow your images to be seen again.

This fix comes via members of the Toyota forum I am a Mod at... some of our tutorial posts have dozens of photos, and members have hundreds of photos. Migration is sometimes a big task. This works in the mean time.

Works like a charm!!! Thank you very much for the info.

For awhile now I’ve had to use the “Direct” link on the Photobucket App and added the “
but it no longer worked as of yesterday. So I tried doing the OP thing but that did not work ether. Now if I just copy the “IMG” in the app and paste it everything works without having too do anything else.

I switched to imgur for now, and dumped the 'bucket. Works fine for random forum posts that I don't really care about.

I use OneDrive for real image storage and sharing (with family and friends).

Dump the bucket. Leave them empty.
I’ll keep the bucket for as long as I can. I like the way the pictures are posted on INGO. It seems that with those other hosting images sites that the picture are tiny or you need to click on them to see them more clearly. Just look at the classified and you will see what I mean. Also it does not get much easier when post pics from my IPhone using the Photobucket app.
