I was listening to the radio the other day and caught mention of the book "3 Felonies a Day". Then today someone left some used oil at my workplace in a USPS flat mail tray. I decided I'd clean it up and leave by the door for the mailman, so I wiped out the spilled oil and noticed on the side, printed in tiny lettering... Maximum $1000 fine and 3 years imprisonment for misuse. What he did was a felony.

What other stupid and petty things do you know of that could lose someone their gun rights?

I'm not sure, but I think there's a pretty stiff penalty for removing the tag from your mattress...

The retailer is not allowed to remove the tag as it guarantees to the byuer what it is not stuffed with sawdust and floorsweepings. The end user may remove the tag.

In New Jewsey 20 miles over the speed limit is Felony Reckless driving. I have a friend who lost his gun rights when he was 20.

This is exactly why we don't allow justice folks to investigate people. They investigate after a crime occurred to see who did it.

Unkess you're trump. Then you are faced with 16 prosecutors who all either worked for or donated to your opponent, all hoping to find evidence a crime occurred
