Multi-agency police activity in Carmel/Hamilton County

I've just seen numerous police vehicles from Hamilton County Sherrif, Carmel, Indianapolis, and an unmarked SUV headed north on Keystone to somewhere on Northside of Carmel or Hamilton County, what's going on?
