    The bone is a military copy of what the Boeing SST was going to look like originally...before they found that the sweep wing design was too heavy/expensive for a commercial airliner.

    Fun fact for the current SST concepts. When they flew the XB-70 Valkyrie during test it created a boom corridor 16NM wide and generated almost 10,000 claims of property damage. Note to developers, there's a reason most military flights are restricted to FL 300 and higher for supersonic flight.
